Before you book

What discounts are available and how do I claim them?
10% discount for active law enforcement, federal government and military personnel. 10% discount for professional-association members. Group rates available on inquiry. Eligible for the 10% rate? Request it before you register and we email your discount details, using your work or association email to confirm eligibility. Online checkout shows the standard price. If you have already registered at the standard rate, email your receipt and your agency or association and we apply the rate to your registration.
Can my agency or company be invoiced?
Company checks are accepted. If your agency or company needs to pay by invoice or purchase order, email sandra@camelotinvestigations.com with the class, the date and the attendee names and we will confirm the paperwork we can provide.
What if I can't attend?
If you cannot attend, your full payment becomes a credit toward a future date of the same class. You can send a colleague in your place with our prior agreement; tell us before the class starts so we can update the roster.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a personal laptop with wireless; a personal hotspot is recommended and venue Wi-Fi is available. Government-issued devices cannot be used in class. 9:00 am – 5:00 pm both days, with a one-hour lunch break around 12:30 pm. Continental breakfast and beverages provided.
